Lobsta Roll
One of our most famous trucks, the Lobsta Truck. This is a Santa Anita Food Truck Classic, has been with us since day one! Their most famous dish is the to-die-for “Lobsta Rolls.” Fresh lobster wrapped in a buttery split top roll make up this sandwich. The toppings: butter and mayo. That is all you need.
But you can’t stop there. Feel like you’re on the wharf and try their Clam Chowder. This New England-Style chowder is buttery and smooth. These guys are the pro pros of “lobsta” and you won’t be disappointed.
